Trek Pack

Future Trek is a conceptual sub-brand developed for Trek Bikes, extending their innovation into smart cycling technology. The packaging was designed for the Cyclodrone, a compact bike-mounted safety drone that assists riders through navigation, collision detection, and real-time recording. The hexagonal bifrustrum form screws apart at the centre, revealing the drone, remote, and accessories housed within recycled EVA foam. Its structure allows efficient stacking, while sustainable materials such as recycled polypropylene, aluminum reinforcements, and cork lining enhance durability and recyclability. The visual identity draws from Trek’s existing branding, reinterpreted through geometric graphics, bold typography, and a tech-inspired colour palette. Created in Adobe Dimension, Illustrator and Sketchup, the final packaging balances function, sustainability, and futuristic design thinking.
