VB Rebrand

True Blue Brew is a conceptual rebrand of Victoria Bitter, created to modernise one of Australia’s most iconic beers while celebrating its heritage. The refreshed identity retains VB’s working-class authenticity and national pride through the use of Australian colours, friendly character design, and circular badge structure inspired by the original logo. A cartoon beer-can mascot and the tagline “Brewed True, Just for You” capture the brand’s approachable, social spirit, while bold typography and simple geometry deliver a versatile mark for packaging, merchandise, and outdoor promotion. The project focused on revitalising VB for a new generation, balancing nostalgia with a lighter, more playful tone that keeps the brand unmistakably Australian.
